Does the sand move by itself?
No. Turn or flip the circular chamber, return it to the cradle and let gravity form the next landscape.
Does Lumavoa need to stay connected to power?
No. Lumavoa has a built-in rechargeable battery, so the light and wireless charging functions can be used without keeping the lamp plugged in. When the lamp battery runs low, recharge Lumavoa using the included USB cable. The moving sand itself is gravity-driven and does not use power.
Which phones work with the wireless charger?
Designed for compatible wireless-charging phones. Charging performance depends on the phone, case thickness and alignment. Some cases may need to be removed.
Is a wall power adapter included?
No. A USB cable is included, but a wall power adapter is not.
What light settings does it have?
Tap the touch control to cycle through three selectable light tones. Press and hold the touch control to adjust the brightness level.
What comes in the box?
Each single includes one Lumavoa lamp, one moving sand chamber, one USB cable and an instruction manual. The Duo contains two Lumavoas in the pairing you select: Blue + Orange, Blue + Blue or Orange + Orange.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from Victoria on business days. Standard delivery generally takes 2–4 business days for many Australian destinations. Regional and remote locations may take longer.
Is setup help available?
Yes. A printed setup guide is included, with additional setup instructions and troubleshooting available through our Getting Started page.
What if my Lumavoa arrives damaged?
Contact Lumavoa promptly with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under the store policy and Australian Consumer Law.
What should I do if the sand settles unevenly?
Gently reposition the chamber and allow the sand and air bubbles to redistribute. Contact Lumavoa support if normal flow does not return.
