Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Lumavoa website or purchase from the store. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Store use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with the website, misuse its content, attempt unauthorised access or use the store for fraudulent activity.

Product information

We aim to describe products, colours, dimensions, compatibility and included items accurately. Screen settings, lighting and natural variation can affect how colours and moving sand formations appear. Product information may be corrected when an error is identified.

Orders and availability

An order is not accepted until payment is authorised and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by the shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the returns and refunds policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

The Lumavoa name, branding, website design, text, graphics and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lumavoa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
