Shipping policy

Lumavoa offers free standard delivery across Australia. Orders are dispatched from Victoria.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Australia only. International delivery is not available at launch.

Delivery cost

Standard Australia-wide delivery is free. Any optional express or upgraded delivery service, if offered at checkout, will be shown before payment.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Orders are dispatched from Victoria. Delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch for many Australian destinations. Remote locations, peak periods, public holidays, severe weather and carrier disruptions can extend this estimate.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Delivery address

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, an order appears lost, or the parcel arrives damaged, use our contact page. Include the order number and, for damage, clear photos of the product and packaging.
